Still waiting for a reply from Customer Support

The purpose is that I bought For Honor: Deluxe Edition and I want to switch to Gold Edition because I now have 100 uplay points and I can afford to make the upgrade now.

I don't mind if this means you hav to refund me and then I must re-purchase the game with the version I want but It's been more than 48 hours and I have recieved no reply.

I then tried to open a chat with Customer Support which lead to an hour waiting in a queue, which I can understand due to high volumes of people needing help. However after starting this chat I then get informed that this person cannot help me with this task but since "Live Chat cannot help with Ubi shop related queries". My case was then "Pushed" my case which has lead to still nothing.

Please Help.
