It has always proved difficult in my company to get content teams to properly optimise product titles & do the meta.
To combat this for priority areas I was doing this -this took up a huge amount of time.
Now, I do the KWD research, then brief them on the product titles & meta for each area. However, the content teams sit under product managers & I find content teams are briefed to work on content, before receiving a brief from me. Then the SEO part can get missed...supplier descriptions are copied & no KWD research is done.
Our content teams are getting larger & I wonder if anyone has a good process for how they manage SEO across teams within their business?
